All About Edgewater Beach Resort
Edgewater boasts more amenities than any other resort complex in Panama City Beach. We have vacationed for many years at EBR and were fortunate to finally acquire a condo of our own. No other resort has an 11,500 square foot lagoon pool laden with lush tropical plants and towering palms. Adjacent to the lagoon pool is Ocean's Restaurant. It serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the bar serves all your favorite drinks until late each evening. During Spring Break and in the summer, there is also a Pizza Hut by the Lagoon Pool and a couple of other eateries. If you need pampering, there is a spa and beauty salon on site. Plus there's a exercise room which I like to walk by and look at. :-)
On the beach you can find jet ski rentals, ride a parasail, or brave the big banana. Golfers and tennis players need only to walk across the street to EBR's own golf course and tennis courts. Within a couple of miles of the resort you will find Shipwreck Island (a huge waterpark), dinner cruises, Shell Island, night clubs, Gulf World, a state park, sport fishing, and fabulous Pier Park.

EBR Amenities: 4 Hot Tubs, 11,500 ft. Tropical Lagoon Pool, 2 Separate Heated Pools, Charcoal Grill (BBQ) on site - Guests have access to all on-site pools, hot tubs, golf, tennis, etc. There are three main towers. Tower One is in the center of the three towers and overlooks the huge lagoon pool. Adjacent to the lagoon pool are two oversized hot tubs. Towers Two and Three sit directly to the right and left of Tower One. They both have their own pools and hot tubs.
Beautiful tropical walkways meander around the pool and throughout the beach side of the resort property.
Large over-sized steps lead into the lagoon pool. Other over-sized steps can be found on the opposite side of the pool also. These are great for families with small children. In the background you can see Tower One (13 floors). Below is a photo of one of the four hot tubs.
Beach chairs, jet skies, banana boat rides, and parasailing can all be found on the beach right of the lagoon pool deck.
There is always a good game of football, frisbee, or volleyball taking place right on the beach.
EBR Tennis courts and golf course are directly across the street from Tower One.
An over-the-street walkway gives you safe access to the tennis courts and golf course.
